ABOUT US //

The Summit is a new church in Fort Worth / Alliance, Texas, with a casual atmosphere where you are invited to come-as-you-are.

Check us out at one of our Saturday night services. You'll find that music at The Summit is always current and the message you hear will be relevant. We invite you to dress comfortably: tucked or un-tucked, sport coat, jeans, tie, crocs, sandals or loafers; it doesn't matter. God already loves you just the way you are, and so will we.

The Summit Church launched weekly services on Saturday, March 22, 2008.

PURPOSE //

Our purpose is simple: to connect UP, connect IN, and connect OUT.

UP // We are made to worship our Creator, and each of us craves that connection from deep within. Our services provide an atmosphere for making that connection through powerful worship and teaching a relevant message strait from God’s Word.

IN // The Christian walk is not always easy, and that’s why we need each other’s support. The Bible tells us that “every joint” within the church supplies strength, and “joint” is just another way to say, “connection.” We gain strength by being connected to one another, which is why we like to say, we’re climbing life’s mountains – Together.

OUT // In some ways, we view this as the summit of our purpose. We have opportunities every day to connect with people outside of God’s family, including our co-workers, neighbors and family. We can use these opportunities to share Christ with people, or even invite them to The Summit where they can learn about what it means to follow Christ. Connecting OUT extends as far as global missions, but it always begins in our own community.
